RECIPE

Creamy Garlic

Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

4 chicken breast halves​
1/2 tsp kosher salt​
1/2 tsp black pepper​
1/4 tsp paprika​
1/4 cup all purpose flour – (for dredging)​
2 Tbsp olive oil​
1 Tbsp butter​
2 shallots, – finely minced (or 1 small yellow onion)​
2 Tbsp finely minced garlic​
1 1/3 cups chicken broth or stock​
1 – 1 1/3 cups heavy cream​
1/4 tsp black pepper​
1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning​
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese – (fresh is best)

PROCEDURE

Dredge the chicken breast fillet with flour and season with salt , pepper and paprika. Cook it on hot oil for about 4-5 minutes each side and then set aside.
For the sauce, on medium low heat, add shallots and garlic until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Once it simmered, add pepper, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese then add the chicken back in the pan and make sure to cover it with the sauce to make it flavorful.
