CHICKEN LIVER
1 kg Chicken Liver
1 head Garlic
2 tsp Black Peppercorn
6 tbsp White Vinegar
1 pc Bay Leaf
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
procedure
Saute the garlic and onion in a little oil. Pour 6 cups of water and then add the soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves and peppercorns. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for about an hour or until it is tender.
Add the liver and cook for another 10 minutes, the sauce must be reduced. You can add more salt and pepper depending on your preference. Transfer it to a serving plate and enjoy with rice!
