700 g / 1.2 lb skinless boneless chicken thighs (5 to 6)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup / 125 ml dry white wine (or broth or water)
25 g / 2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 large garlic cloves , minced
Finely chopped parsley , optional
Procedures:
Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, salt and pepper and fry it until browned. Set it aside.
On the same pan, saute garlic for a minute then pour in the dry white wine and deglaze. Add in butter. Once it melted, you can add back the fried chicken thighs. Spoon in the sauce and cover the chicken to make it flavorful. Garnish with parsley and then you’re done!
