Chicken Wings
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 kilo chicken, use wings
pepper
5 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
It’s super delicious but really easy to make!
Just season your chicken and dredge in corn starch then fry it. Once it’s cooked, combine the other ingredients for the glaze, simmer it, after all the flavor is harmonized, cool it for a bit and then add your chicken. Make sure each cuts are glazed and then it’s good to go!
