TOCINO TACOS
Ingredients:

225g Tocino
4 flour tortillas
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup lettuce leaves
Lemon wedges, for serving
Guacamole or salsa, for serving

 

procedure

Cook Tocino in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked through and caramelized on the edges.
While tocino is cooking, heat flour tortillas over open flame until soft and heated through. Set Aside.
To build the tacos, evenly divide tocino between the tortillas. Top with slices of tomato, onion, and lettuce.
Serve with guacamole or salsa and wedges of lemon on the side.
